The person receiving this award displays exceptional volunteerism and leadership in the APRA-WI chapter. Throughout the year, this person will serve as a mentor and/or trainer to new researchers.

- The award will be presented annually at the spring meeting. A small plaque will be presented and a $100 donation will be made in his/her name to his/her favorite charity.
- The recipient list will be posted on the APRA-WI website and updated every spring.
